A Message from DIMA
Spring is a season of growth and for DIMA Group, that has never been more true.
Over the past few months, we have continued to expand our presence across the UK, strengthen partnerships and deliver reliable security and staffing solutions across a wide range of sectors.
From matchdays in Dunfermline to nationwide Door Supervisor deployments, our teams have been working hard behind the scenes to deliver consistent and professional service.
As we move further into 2026, we are focused on building stronger relationships, developing our people and continuing to raise standards across everything we do.
Growing Across the UK
We are proud to be supporting clients across multiple locations nationwide, with recent deployments including:

Our partnership with Chopstix continues to grow, with more sites coming online and our teams delivering a consistent security presence across each location.
This expansion reflects the trust our clients place in us and the strength of our operational delivery.


Matchday Operations at Dunfermline Athletic
Matchdays at East End Park remain a key part of our operations.
Our stewards and SIA Door Supervisors continue to deliver safe and professional environments for fans, ensuring smooth entry, effective crowd management, and a strong visible presence throughout each fixture.
From pre match briefings to full time, our teams are committed to maintaining high standards and supporting both the club and its supporters.
Hospitality and Events
Our hospitality division continues to grow, supporting events, venues and businesses with:
• Front of house staff
• Bar staff and baristas
• Waiting staff
• Kitchen porters
Recent deployments have included high profile events, venue support and ongoing partnerships across Scotland and beyond.
With exciting events coming up, we are actively recruiting across the Perth area and other key locations.


Behind the Scenes
A key part of what we do is not always seen.
Our management team regularly visit sites across the UK, ensuring:
• Staff are presented professionally
• Welfare is maintained
• Clients are supported directly
• Operations are running smoothly
This hands-on approach allows us to maintain consistency and build strong relationships with both staff and clients.
Investing in Our People
We have recently developed and launched a dedicated online training and induction platform through our website, giving all staff access to structured learning before they step onto site.
This platform ensures every team member is equipped with the knowledge, confidence and standards expected when representing DIMA Group.
Our training focuses on:
• Clear operational procedures
• Strong customer service standards
• Health and safety awareness
• Incident reporting and communication
By delivering consistent, accessible training through our own platform, we ensure higher standards across our workforce and better outcomes for our clients.
Looking Ahead
We have several exciting projects in the pipeline, with new partnerships, new locations and continued growth across both security and hospitality.
While we cannot share everything just yet, we are building towards a very strong year ahead.
