- Act immediately
- Remove them from the situation
- Alert supervisor

You suspect the person causing concern is close by.
Correct Action
- Keep interaction discreet
- Do not alert the other person
- Move the individual safely

Someone asks for Angela but seems unsure or nervous.

- Offer help and support
