We are recruiting a SIA Night Porter for a hotel client in central Edinburgh. This role combines security, customer service, and night support duties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of the hotel.
• Monitor access and conduct regular patrols.
• Assist guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Support hotel night operations.
• Complete incident reports and required documentation.
• Respond to emergencies in line with site procedures.
• Ensure public areas remain clean and presentable.

Requirements

• Valid SIA Licence (essential).
• Ability to work independently and remain vigilant.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, reliable, and punctual.
• Must successfully complete BS7858 security screening and vetting.
• Previous security or hospitality experience is desirable.

Pay & Benefits

• £12.85 per hour basic pay.
