SIA Door Supervisor – KEY HOLDER Edinburgh, EH1
Are you reliable, efficient, and punctual? DIMA Group is looking for a dedicated SIA Key Holder to support our client premises in the heart of Edinburgh. This role is ideal for someone seeking straightforward, consistent hours each week.

Location:

EH1 2NE, Edinburgh &

Shift Times (Not Negotiable):

Open-Up: 06:30-07:30

Lock-up: 19:30-20:30

Days: Monday to Friday

Role Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing the premises at the scheduled times
• Conducting basic security checks
• Ensuring the site is safe, secure, and compliant
• Reporting any issues promptly
• Representing DIMA Group with professionalism and reliability

Requirements:

• Valid SIA Licence (essential)
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be comfortable with early mornings and late evenings

Salary:

A minimum hourly rate of £14.24 per hour ( comprising a pay rate of £12.71 and indicative holiday pay of £1.53. Holiday pay is indicative because it is accrued at 12.07% for every hour worked. If you work at a different rate the pay and holiday pay will change accordingly.
