About the Role

DIMA Group is recruiting professional SIA Door Supervisors to support a venue in Alloa. This role is ideal for reliable and customer-focused individuals who can maintain safe, secure, and welcoming environments for customers, staff, and venue property.

Key Responsibilities

• Control venue entry, checking age and admission requirements
• Carry out ID checks in line with licensing laws and venue procedures
• Monitor customer behaviour inside and outside the venue
• Manage queues and maintain smooth entry and exit flow
• Use conflict management skills to de-escalate situations
• Respond to incidents and remove individuals where required, following SIA guidance and legal requirements
• Liaise with venue management and emergency services when necessary
• Maintain accurate incident and refusal records
• Carry out regular patrols and take a proactive approach to safety
• Provide customer assistance and general support
• Ensure fire exits and safety areas remain clear

Requirements

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Knowledge of licensing laws and venue procedures
• Conflict management or customer service experience preferred (not essential)
• 5-year checkable work and address history required

Pay & Benefits

• Minimum hourly rate: £14.40 per hour
  (£12.85 pay rate + indicative holiday pay of £1.55)
• Holiday pay is accrued at 12.07% for every hour worked and may vary depending on the rate worked
