Adapting to New Demands: DIMA Group Services Collaborates with Caskshare
We are excited to share and talk about a recent collaboration with Caskshare, a unique whisky brand. In this blog, we will take you through our journey of understanding Caskshare’s exceptional products, recruiting and training the ideal brand ambassadors and seamlessly working together on a pop-up stand in Edinburgh.
Caskshare, a name that resonates with whisky enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike, their whiskies are not just ordinary, each bottle is meticulously crafted from a single cask and bottled at cask strength, ensuring that none of the flavours are lost along the way. Our recruitment and training team visited Caskshare’s head office to learn about their unique products and membership benefits, which include monthly tasting events, barrelbank discounts, and exclusive content.
It was important for us to thoroughly understand the brand to find the ideal brand ambassadors who would effectively represent Caskshare, to achieve this, we tailored our interview questions to match their specific requirements.
Leveraging our existing staff database and our understanding of their unique brand, we sought individuals who not only possessed the necessary skills and knowledge but also shared a genuine passion for whisky. Additionally, we ensured that the selected staff members possessed the necessary Scottish Certificate for Safe Sale and Service of Alcohol, demonstrating our commitment to responsible service.
From November to December, DIMA had the pleasure of working alongside Caskshare on their first-ever pop-up stand at the St. James Quarter in Edinburgh. Our dedicated staff members provided samples of the exceptional range of whiskies, engaging with visitors and sharing their knowledge about the unique bottling process and flavour profiles. The stand became a hub of excitement and discovery, allowing whisky enthusiasts to immerse themselves in the world of Caskshare.
