This induction is your first step in becoming part of that team.
The course explains how we operate, what is expected of you, and how to carry out your role safely, legally, and professionally while representing DIMA Group.
Whether you are deployed to licensed venues, matchdays, or events, this induction provides the knowledge, structure, and confidence required to start work correctly.
What This Induction Covers
During this course, you will complete training on:
• Who DIMA Group is and how your role fits within our operations
• Professional standards and behaviour, including conduct and presentation
• Your role and responsibilities as an SIA Door Supervisor
• Assignment Instructions and site documentation
• Attendance, timekeeping, and booking on and off using C247
• Uniform standards and personal appearance
• Mobile phone and social media rules
• Equality, dignity, and how to raise concerns
• Health and Safety responsibilities, including:
– Risk assessments and safe working
– Incident and accident reporting
– Emergency procedures
– Drugs, alcohol, and fitness for work
– Violence, aggression, and lone working
• Final assessment and formal induction confirmation
Important Information
• This induction is mandatory before you can be deployed to any site
• The course takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete
• You must pass the final quiz and complete the induction acknowledgement
• Failure to complete the induction means you cannot be offered shifts
• Claiming lack of knowledge after completion will not be accepted
You must complete this course in full before starting work.
Assessment and Completion
At the end of the course, you will be required to:
• Complete a mandatory final quiz
• Confirm your understanding and acceptance of company policies
• Submit a formal induction acknowledgement
Your induction is only complete once all steps have been successfully finished.
