You’ll always be told where to be, what time, what to wear, and what the job involves. We don’t leave people guessing.
✔ On-Site Support
You won’t be left in the dark. There’s always someone you can go to with a question, concern, or issue while you’re on shift.

We treat our people like people — not numbers. You’ll be working alongside others who have your back, and you’ll be expected to have theirs too.

What We Expect From You
✔ Be On Time
Not five minutes late. Not rolling in at kick-off. Early is on time. Timekeeping is non-negotiable.
✔ Look the Part
Uniform clean, ironed, and appropriate to the role. We’ll give you guidance — you just need to follow it.
✔ Act Professionally
That means being polite, following instructions, and treating clients, guests, and team members with respect — always.
✔ Speak Up
If you’re going to miss a shift, if there’s an issue, or if you need help — tell us early. We’re here to support, but we can’t fix what we don’t know about.
✔ Be Reliable
If you say yes to a shift, we expect you to show up. No-shows damage your reputation and ours — and there’s no room for that here.
