DIMA will take care of all administrative duties by advertising your role for you. We will pre interview each carefully selected candidate. This also allows us to carry out right to work checks as well as any necessary vetting. We will also organise and facilitate interviews as well as dealing with offers and rejections.

Temp to Perm
Whether you already have a member of staff working for you through us on a temporary contract that you would like to bring on long term, or you would like to take a less risky approach to a permanent placement, then temp to perm is a valuable option for you. When hiring for a new position, you want to ensure you’ve hired candidates who will excel in their role and are a great fit for the business and its values.
We will work closely with you to understand the type of candidates you’re looking for on a temporary basis. Once we’ve helped you find the successful candidates, each candidate can go on to a temp ongoing contract. This will allow you to see the candidates’ suitability to the role and business before offering them a permanent job.
