Job Description:

We’re building a team of reliable, friendly, switched-on people to support matchdays at Dunfermline Athletic Football Club and other local events. Right now, we’re looking for Event Stewards who want to be part of something more than just a shift.

Whether you’re new to the industry or already have experience, you’ll be supported to deliver a safe, welcoming environment for fans, guests, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Helping guests feel safe and welcome at football matches and events
• Checking tickets, monitoring crowds, and guiding people to where they need to be
• Providing customer service and general assistance across the stadium
• Reporting issues to supervisors and helping respond to incidents
• Being a visible, calm presence during busy moments

About You:

• Confident communicators with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Committed to providing a safe and positive experience for all guests
• Professional in appearance and behaviour at all times
• Able to stay calm under pressure and follow instructions
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a close-knit team

Salary:

A minimum hourly rate of £14.24 per hour ( comprising a pay rate of £12.71 and indicative holiday pay of £1.53. Holiday pay is indicative because it is accrued at 12.07% for every hour worked. If you work at a different rate the pay and holiday pay will change accordingly.
