Job Description:

We’re building a reliable, friendly, switched on team to support events across Dunfermline and Edinburgh. Right now, we’re recruiting SIA Door Supervisors to help deliver safe, welcoming matchdays at Dunfermline Athletic Football Club and other local venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the safety and security of staff, guests, and the public
• Helping manage access control and accreditation at events
• Providing a visible, confident presence in and around event spaces
• Working closely with stewards, supervisors, and club staff to create a calm, welcoming environment
• Dealing with incidents professionally and in line with briefed procedures

About You:

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Motivated and proactive, with the ability to make confident, sound decisions
• Takes pride in personal presentation and appearance
• Able to work independently and as part of a wider team

Essential Requirements:

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• 5 years of checkable employment or education history, with references

Salary:

• A minimum hourly rate of £15.25 per hour ( comprising a pay rate of £13.61 and indicative holiday pay of £1.64. Holiday pay is indicative because it is accrued at 12.07% for every hour worked. If you work at a different rate the pay and holiday pay will change accordingly.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday Evenings
• Weekend availability required

Experience:

• Security experience (1 year preferred)

Work Location: On-site

We are unable to employ anyone under the of 18 years old due to insurance restrictions.

Expected hours: 1 – 8 per week

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (preferred)
• SIA License essential
• Driving Licence (preferred)
