Lesson 3.1 – Booking On and Off Shift (C247)
Recording your working hours
All staff must accurately record the hours they work. DIMA Group uses the C247 app to record attendance, timekeeping and shift completion.
You must book on at the start of your shift and book off at the end of your shift using C247.
This ensures:
• Accurate pay
• Correct staffing records
• Compliance with client requirements
• Audit and compliance evidence
Failure to correctly record your hours may affect your pay and may lead to disciplinary action.
How to book on to a shift
At the start of your shift you must:
• Arrive at the site on time
• Open the C247 app
• Select the correct shift
• Book on when you are on site and ready to work
You must not book on early, late, or away from the site unless authorised by management.
How to book off a shift
At the end of your shift you must:
• Complete your duties
• Open the C247 app
• Book off once your shift has finished
You must not leave the site without booking off unless instructed otherwise by management.
Technical issues or problems
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from booking on or off:
• Report the issue to management as soon as possible
• Complete any required timesheet or report via C247
• Ensure the issue is resolved promptly
Deliberately failing to record hours or providing false information is considered serious misconduct.
Accuracy and honesty
You are responsible for ensuring that all recorded times are accurate and truthful. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
Incorrect or false time records may result in:

• Investigation
