You have now completed the DIMA Group SIA Door Supervisor Staff Induction.
This induction has been designed to ensure you understand your role, responsibilities, and the standards expected of you while working for DIMA Group.
What you are confirming
By completing this induction, you confirm that you:
• Have read and understood the content of this induction
• Understand your role and responsibilities as an SIA Door Supervisor
• Understand company expectations regarding behaviour and professionalism
• Know where to find Assignment Instructions and site documents
• Understand how to book on and off shift using C247
• Understand health and safety responsibilities, including risk assessments
• Agree to follow company policies and procedures at all times
Responsibility and compliance
You understand that failure to comply with company policies, Assignment Instructions, or legal requirements may result in:
• Removal from site
• Disciplinary action
• Termination of employment in serious cases
You also understand that claiming lack of knowledge is not an acceptable defence once training has been completed.
Ongoing responsibility
This induction forms part of your ongoing training. You are responsible for:
• Keeping your knowledge up to date
• Engaging with refresher training when required
• Asking questions if you are unsure about any aspect of your role
• Raising concerns or reporting issues promptly
