• Be ready to begin work at your scheduled start time

You must:
• Identify yourself as DIMA Group security staff
• Confirm your shift details
• Ask if there are any immediate issues or updates
• Maintain a professional and respectful manner at all times

Clear communication with clients helps ensure smooth operations and effective working relationships.

Preparing for your shift

Before starting your duties you must:
• Book on using the C247 app
• Read Assignment Instructions and site documents
• Familiarise yourself with emergency procedures
• Check any relevant risk assessments

You must not start duties without understanding site requirements.

Professional conduct on client premises

While on client premises you are expected to:
• Act professionally and respectfully
• Follow site rules and procedures
• Communicate clearly with staff and customers
• Avoid unnecessary confrontation
• Represent DIMA Group positively at all times

Your behaviour on site directly impacts client confidence and future work opportunities.

Dealing with issues on site

If you encounter any issues on site, including staffing concerns, safety issues, or unclear instructions, you must report these to management as soon as possible.
